! Our client, a sought after employer with a rewarding and appreciative work environment, is seeking Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Technicians to join its team on 3rd Shift.

The Technician is responsible for performing functions associated with all PCB fabrication and manufacturing operations. Don't miss this great opportunity to work for a company that values you as an employee and that takes pride in its products.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations and set-ups on a wide variety of PCB process equipment.
Operates process equipment and performs job movement transactions
Performs shipping and receiving functions as needed
Performs process water recycling and emissions control functions
Failure analysis
Troubleshooting problems
Assists outside vendors and process engineers on specifications
Ability to learn quickly; work under pressure to strict deadlines, and complete projects on own
Perform rework and quality testing related to the process, and production of printed circuit boards
Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes
Completes various department data entry and paperwork: such as SPC Charting Daily work sheets, Maintenance Logs etc
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions (blue prints, equipment specs. etc
Able to interpret SDS's, TDS's and IPC Standards.
Experience with automated process equipment and chemical processes preferred
Experience with use of statistics in control and troubleshooting preferred
Familiar with the use of various test equipment such as micrometers, veneers, and other linear measuring devices.
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to provide effective documented corrective actions, and resolve and prevent recurring quality problems
Ability to lift 70 lbs
WORK HOURS Normal work hours 3: 30am to 2: 00pm Tuesday thru Friday. Over time as needed.
