Director of Human Resources
Our client in the Charlestown, NH area is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join their team!Your qualifications for the Director of Human Resources position are as follows:
Bachelors Degree, related Business, Public Administration, Human Resources, or Education experience considered 5
years human resources administrator/manager experience SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Demonstrated understanding of State and Federal employment regulations Solid computer skills Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Must be a team player, organized, and detail oriented Ability to use time efficiently and manage multiple priorities Ability to work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals Ability to maintain confidential information Benefits you will receive as the Director of Human Resources:
Direct hire position Full time office hours Monday Friday $80-$95k/year based on skills and experience Health/dental insurance Paid time off including vacation, sick, holiday, and personal time Eligibility for the NH State Retirement program 403b retirement plan with 25% contribution As the Director of Human Resources your duties will include:
Manage HR programs including compensation/benefits and leave Manage employee relations and performance Administer training/development and safety programs Coordinate/implement HR strategy Manage recruiting/hiring/retention process and strategy Ensure compliance with employment regulations Coordinate union negotiations Perform data analysis to identify trends Maintain current HR knowledge and communicate with management Participate in salary review and employment contracts Other responsibilities as assigned Are you an HR professional interested in a great new opportunity?
